Last night we had a blast on an evening Christmas light cruise on Steve and Robin’s boat!  With a group of 8 friends we cruised from Le Tub, Hollywood on the ICW to the New River and up to downtown Ft. Lauderdale and back to Le Tub.  Awesome way to look at Christmas lights, my first time from the water!

We were not the only one with this idea and it was nice not to be doing it on WHO CARES!  Steve’s beautiful center console has a LOT more maneuverability!!  We made our way up the New River and stopped at The Pirate Republic Bar for a couple libations.

After about a 4 1/2 hour cruise we arrived back at Le Tub Saloon around 10:30 for “debriefing.” What a great time we had, thank you Steve and Robin!!  So nice to be tied up at Le Tub! only 20 yards to walk and we’re home!
