Lubbers Landing, Lubbers Quarters Cay, Abaco Bahamas

And we’re off the dock!! The weather forecast held and winds have subsided. It was mostly cloudy today but the seas laid down. It was a great cruise and we were anchored at Tahiti Beach and on our way to the beach in the dinghy before noon. We wandered the beach a bit and looked for shells and sand dollars in the low tide then headed over in the dingy to nearby Lubbers Landing for a beer. It was super quiet, I guess because of the last several days wind and the cloudy weather today. That’s okay, we had the place to ourselves and made our own party.

As darker clouds crept in we made our way back to the boat and moved our party up to the covered fly bridge to enjoy the view. Tomorrow’s weather should be mostly sunny! Beach day!
