February 24th – Our offer was accepted on the 53/55′ Fleming we first looked at in May of 2016!!  Yippee!!!!!!!!!!

March 3rd – Steve made arrangements for a survey next week in the heated shed.  We will travel to the Great Lakes for an extended survey and sea trial as soon as winter ends up there and the boat can be splashed!  We are told that will most likely take place between April 15th and May 15th.

Our dirt dwelling days will soon be over….again!!
